Deutsche Börse AG has further extended the offer period for its public offer for the shares of SimCorp A/S until 19 September 2023. The extension was already expected and is based on the remaining pending regulatory approval by the European Commission, which is fully on track and expected to be completed in September. 

At present, it is not expected that further extensions of the offer period will be necessary. The offer is therefore expected to be settled and thus completed on 29 September 2023 at the latest. All other terms and conditions of the offer remain unchanged. 

SimCorp shareholders who have already accepted the offer do not need to take any further action. SimCorp shareholders who wish to accept the offer are encouraged to do so well before 19 September 2023.

The extension of the offer period and the terms hereof are set out in the supplement no. 2 to the offer document, which should be read in conjunction with the offer document and supplement no. 1.
