As of today, tk accelis Group AG & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000TKCC1S8) is listed on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first price of the share was 27.80 euros. The current share price is available on the Deutsche Börse website.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank are acting as advisors and listing agents. The syndicate also includes Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and IMI Intesa Sanpaolo.

Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft is the designated sponsor for Xetra trading and the specialist on the Frankfurt trading floor.
