Our employees bring a broad range of experiences, perspectives, and skills. Different educational and professional backgrounds, as well as varying career paths and stages, are equally valued within our organization. We also understand plurality as the recognition of individual abilities, circumstances, and life experiences.

Gender

In accordance with Section 76 (4) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the Executive Board of Deutsche Börse AG has defined target quotas for the representation of women in the two management levels below the Executive Board, specifically with regard to Deutsche Börse AG. By 31 December 2025, the target was 18% for the first management level below the Executive Board and 27% for the second management level.


As of 31 December 2025, the proportion of women at Deutsche Börse AG in Germany was 22% at the first management level below the Executive Board and 27% at the second management level.

Our Inclusive Workplace Council is the Group's central governance body for Inclusion & Equal Opportunities. It brings together representatives from our international locations who reflect a broad range of perspectives and represent different minority groups.

The Council drives Group-wide initiatives from a strategic perspective, oversees their implementation, and supports the achievement of measurable progress in the area of Inclusion & Equal Opportunities. In addition, its members serve as confidential points of contact for questions, concerns, and feedback.

A respectful and appreciative working environment is a fundamental expectation across our organization. Networks & Resource Groups

In addition to our formal governance structures, Group-wide networks actively contribute to a fair, inclusive, and respectful workplace. They play an important role in raising cultural awareness, facilitating the exchange of experiences, and supporting the ongoing development of our corporate culture. These networks include:
