Leading the transformation means embracing continuous learning, especially with new and rapidly evolving technologies like AI.

That’s why together with all of our Executive Board colleagues, as well as our Head of HR, Marlene Nyholm Voss, and our Chief Digital Transformation Officer, Daniel Besse, we recently completed an extensive AI education program. The live sessions in Paris allowed us to dive deep into how AI will reshape our work, our industries, and the entire capital markets landscape we are working in.

In line with our Leading the Transformation strategy, at Deutsche Börse Group we are focusing on our innovation leadership. We are already integrating AI in our business model along the entire value chain – to drive speed and quality like in our coding, to boost internal efficiency in administrative tasks and most importantly to create customer-focused innovations, like the SimCorp One Co-Pilot.

Our foundation for this is strong: with over 75% of our workloads in the cloud, we can scale these solutions securely. And always, AI is a joint journey with our partners. AI has to be lead with a business mindset and a focus on our staff. Our approach as #CapitalMarketsEngineers is to combine the power of AI with the reliability and trust that define us.
