Unscheduled Adjustment in TecDAX

Medigene replaces Repower Systems effective 9 February 2009

Deutsche Börse has announced an unscheduled adjustment in TecDAX®. The freefloat of Repower Systems has dropped below ten percent and does therefore no longer meet the criteria of the index. Medigene will replace the share of Repower Systems in TecDAX.

This change will be effective next Monday, 9 February 2009.

The next regular review of the equity indices of Deutsche Börse is scheduled for 4 March 2009.
