New ETF from UBS Launched in the XTF Segment on Xetra

UBS-ETF MSCI World tracks the performance of the global MSCI World Index

A new exchange-traded index fund from the issuer UBS ETF SICAV has been tradable in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment since Friday. UBS-ETF MSCI World (LU0340285161) tracks the performance of the broadly diversified MSCI World Index.

The MSCI World Index now includes more than 1,900 international stocks from 23 industrialized nations. The stocks are selected on the basis of market capitalization. US, European (including UK) and Japanese stocks account for approximately 50%, 34% and 10% of the MSCI World Index®, respectively. The remaining stocks are mainly from Canada and Australia. The new UBS-ETF MSCI World® allows investors to participate in the performance of global equity markets. The management fee is 0.4 percent p.a.

The product offering on Xetra in the XTF segment currently comprises a total of 321 exchange-traded index funds, making it the largest offering of all European stock exchanges. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of over €9 billion, makes Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
