The OTC clearing business at Eurex had a successful August: Compared with the same month last year, the outstanding notional volume of interest rate swaps (IRS) rose by 31 percent. The total volume of derivatives trading also recorded an increase of 7 percent.

Clearstream achieves full CSDR compliance across its CSDs


Deutsche Börse Group’s post-trade services provider Clearstream has obtained the CSDR licence for banking services for Clearstream Banking AG, its German central securities depository (CSD). This authorisation represents the final step in achieving full CSDR compliance for all of Clearstream’s CSDs.
