To provide you with as much information as possible on our trainee programmes, we summarised a number of typical questions for you. Just have a look at them. They might help you quickly.

To whom is the trainee programme addressed?

To all graduated Master students from all over the world with excellent grades and honours, preferably with focus on business administration, finance, economics, IT or similar.

When does the trainee programmes start?

Our trainee programme start every year on 1 April and 1 October.

Is it possible to apply for several job positions?

Yes. If you apply for more than one programme please indicate your personal preference (ranking) for each job positions in your cover letter.

Is there an application deadline?

Yes, the deadline for this year’s programme (starting in October) is 19 July.

How does the application process work?

The first step is submitting your application on our job portal online. For this, you will need to upload all required documents (cover letter, CV, school certificate, study reference or overview of grades, job references) to your profile. If we think you would be a good fit for us, you receive an invitation to our interview day where we will get to know each other!

In which language should I write the application?

Please submit your application in English.

To whom should I address my cover letter?

You can address your cover letter to Jan Stromberg. Please make sure to submit your application via our online application platform only.

Which documents should I add to my application?

Please add cover letter, CV, school certificate, overview of grades and your job references.  

Can I still apply for the programme if I already have some years of working experience?

If you already have some years of relevant working experience, please check out our career portal for open job positions corresponding to your level of experience.

Can I apply as a non-EU citizen?

Yes, of course. Please note that you have to cover related costs yourself, e.g. for visa matters and relocating.
