flatex AG (ISIN: DE000FTG1111) has been listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since today. The company with headquarters in Frankfurt was previously listed in the Scale segment.

According to its own information, flatex AG is one of the largest online brokers in Europe. More than 1.2 million customers and 70 million securities transactions are expected for 2020. After the takeover of the Dutch online broker DEGIRO in July 2020, the general meeting on 20 October 2020 decided to change the company name to flatexDEGIRO AG shortly. In its respective markets the company will continue to operate under the brands "flatex" and "DEGIRO".
